What we collect through this site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you type in: name, email, company (if given) and message. Our server also keeps basic logs of the request, such as timestamp and IP address, the way any web server does.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry. We do not use contact-form submissions for marketing, and we do not build profiles from them.
Legal basis
Our basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form. Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection applies to this processing.
Retention
We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to handle it, then it is removed.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it outside Soltech, except with the service providers that process our email on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@soltech.qa and we will act on it.
